froala (Type)

Available if the page (ticket, customer or resource in edit mode) contains a rich text field.

Attributes:

• configuration
  The configuration of the rich text field in JSON format. You can use the options provided by the Froala Editor (see https://www.froala.com/wysiwyg-editor/v2.0/docs/options).

Example:

Set the placeholder text displayed in the editor and define the selectable font sizes:
