This type contains the attributes for the case list.

Attributes:

• hideEmptyGroups
  Defines whether empty groups are hidden from the case list. If set to false (default), all groups are displayed. If set to true, empty groups are hidden.

  A case list group is not hidden if it has the focus. In this case, the group is displayed when the case list is loaded, and hidden once the user clicks another group.

• pauseRefreshWhileTabInBackground
  Configures the refresh behavior of the case list. If set to true (default value), the case list is only refreshed if the tab is active. If it is set to false, the case list is also refreshed if the tab is in the background, the browser is minimized or the computer is locked.
• quickAssignLinkShowsTicketPageFlag
  Determines whether clicking the assignment icon (checkmark displayed for all unassigned cases) opens the case. The default value is false.
• ticketDataConfigCustomGroupingScript
  Determines which information is displayed for the cases when the case list is grouped by a case field. See Case list.
• ticketDataConfigEngineerGroupingScript
  Determines which information is displayed for the cases when the case list is grouped by assignee. See Case list.
• ticketDataConfigNoGroupingScript
  Determines which information is displayed for the cases when no grouping criterion is selected for the case list. See Case list.

  Determines which information is displayed for the cases when the case list is grouped by queue. See Case list.
