customFieldGroupsSection

This type contains the attributes for the Details section of cases.

Attributes:

• customFieldGroupsDisplayType:
  Determines how the case field groups in the Details section are displayed. Possible values:
  • tabs: There is one tab for each case field group. The name of the field group is the name of the tab. Only one tab can be opened at once. This is the default display mode.

  • pills: The case field groups are displayed one below the other. Field groups can be expanded / collapsed by clicking the arrow button next to the name of the field group. Several field groups can be shown at once. By default, the fields which belong to a field group are displayed below the name of the group (can be changed in the group setting No group headline in pill mode). This display mode is similar to the previous behavior.
