CM/Archive
CM/Archive is a ConSol CM add-on which allows you to view archived cases. These are cases which have been removed from the Web Client but are still needed for reference or regulatory reasons.
The initial screen which is displayed after logging in to CM/Archive is the search screen:

You can search for a case by name, subject, main contact, and creation, closing or archiving date. Wildcards can be used for the main contact and the subject. It is possible to combine two search criteria: You can search by name, subject or main contact, and provide a date range (creation or closing date of the case) in addition.
The user interface of CM/Archive enables the following actions:
- View statistics (1) - special permissions are required
- Search for a case (2)
- Change the GUI language (3) - the available languages are English, German and Polish
- Log out (4)

The following actions are only possible on the case details page:
- Delete the case (5) - special permissions are required
- Create a PDF with the case content (6)

The archived case consists of several sections which contain the following information:
- Header
Case number, subject, process, scope, workflow, assignee - Case fields
Case fields (only fields containing values). The fields from the Details section of the case are displayed in tabs. - Contacts
Case contacts (main and additional contacts). You can click the contact to open a pop-up window with the contact data fields. The fields from the Details section are displayed in tabs. - Referenced cases
Related cases. If the referenced case was also archived, you can click the case relation to open it. - Referenced resources
Related resources - Attachments
Attachments of the case. You can click an attachment to open it. - History
Case history, including comments and emails
