Recently visited widgets
Widgets showing recently visited objects are configured in the type recentlyVisitedWidget or one of its subitems.
Page customization attributes
Available attributes:
- Excluded customer groups (excludedCustomerGroups):
String. A comma-separated list of customer groups identified by their technical names. The named customer groups and their members will be excluded from the listing in the widget. - Excluded objects (excludedItemTypes):
String. A comma-separated list of base object types which will be excluded. The types are identified by the following keywords:- TICKET: All cases will be excluded from the listing in the widget.
- UNIT: All contacts (companies and persons) will be excluded from the listing in the widget.
- RESOURCE: All resources will be excluded from the listing in the widget.
- Excluded queues (excludedQueues):
String. A comma-separated list of queues identified by their technical names. The named queues and their cases will be excluded from the listing in the widget. - Excluded resources (excludedResources):
String. A comma-separated list of resource types identified by their technical names. The named resource types and their resources will be excluded from the listing in the widget. - Max. number of items (maxItems):
Integer. The maximum number of items shown in the widget main view. - Localizations (localization):
String. The localized title of the widget. See Localizing widget text. - Title (title):
String. The title string shown in the header bar. - Visible (visible):
Boolean. Determines whether the widget is shown (true) or not (false).
System properties
The ConSol CM system behavior concerning data gathering for the recently visited widget can be configured using system properties.
Depending on the use of the widget, the data gathering which is the basis for the widget’s display can be switched on or off. If the widget is not displayed, it does not make sense to have the data gathering thread running in the background using system resources for nothing. In this case, you can switch off the data gathering process using the following system property:
