Usability improvements for the Web Admin Suite

The following usability improvements for the Web Admin Suite have been made.

Case creation tiles section of portal configuration improved (#662866, #664916)

The Case creation tiles section of the Portal configurations page has been enhanced:

  • A New tile button is shown next to existing buttons when the section in empty. Previously, a small + icon was displayed in this situation, which could lead to users thinking that they had to add tabs or lists first.
  • When changing the queue for an existing tile, the icon and color settings are now retained instead of reverting to the queue defaults. This ensures that any customizations made to the tile's appearance are preserved during queue changes.
  • Two new icons have been added to the set of default icons available for selection
  • The Select icon dialog has been extended by a download feature, so that the user can download existing icons.

Custom export for queues enhanced (#663701)

The custom export when selecting a queue and the With all dependent entities checkbox has been enhanced to avoid including unrelated data:

  • Resource models are only exported if they are directly related to the queue or one of its customer groups.
  • Contact roles are only exported if the queue has customers.

This prevents users from accidentally removing field groups from their portal configuration.
