Placeholder for case subject (#665978, #666262)

The Subject field on the case creation page of the Web Client and the case creation modal of CM/Track can now be prefilled with a placeholder text which serves as a guide for users when creating a case.

The text is defined in the default values script of the case's queue in the new method setSubjectPlaceholder(). The placeholder is visible until the user enters their own subject text.
