Queue icons (#658830, #658890)
The background color of the icon which is shown for the queue on the Create case page of the Web Client can be modified now. In addition, instead of the default scope icon of the queue’s workflow, a dedicated queue icon is now used.
The icons and background colors are set on the Queues page of the Web Admin Suite. The settings Icon and Color have been added for this purpose. In the Icon setting, you can either choose one of the available default icons or upload a custom icon in PNG or SVG format. You can select the background color in the color picker. This color is also used for the case icon if no enum to determine the icon color is defined or if the case does not have a value for the defined enum.
After updating to ConSol CM version 6.17.0, the folder icon with a gray background will be used as a default for all queues. Please select another icon or background color if needed.
