Error reports (#657129, #665640)

Web Client changes

When the users in the Web Client see a red error message due to an unexpected error, they can now report this error to the administrator. The red message has been extended with a Report error button for this purpose.

A modal window is opened where the user can add a description of the actions which lead to the error and attach files, for example a screenshot. Upon submission, the error report is visible to the administrator on the new Error reports page of the Web Admin Suite.

This simplifies the support process by allowing the users to report errors directly from the Web Client.

Web Admin Suite changes

The administrators can check the users' error reports on the new Error reports page in the Operation menu of the Web Admin Suite. This page provides a detailed error report and allows the administrator to directly act on the error.

The page shows the error ID and timestamp of the error for locating it in the log files more easily. In addition, the related stacktrace, the user who reported the error and the description provided by the user are shown. The administrator can send an email with the error information or create a support ticket at ConSol to request further assistance with the error. In addition, he can mark the error as checked, write a note, add an attachment, or delete the error.
