Usability improvements for the Web Client

The following usability improvements for the Web Client have been made.

More tabs opened simultaneously (#664924)

The page store has been optimized by using a new serializer which compresses the page data. Therefore, the users can have more tabs opened simultaneously in the Web Client without being redirected to the start page.

Contact creation window collapsible on case creation (#665487)

The window which is opened when starting the creation of a new contact during the creation of a case can now be collapsed by clicking the Fold icon in the upper right corner. This allows to edit the data from the case and the contact simultaneously, which is useful when cases are created during phone calls with the customers.

Improved workspace for email and comment edits (#658845)

The workspace has been improved to avoid situations where unsaved comments or emails were lost when a case was saved in the workspace. Now, the case is saved to the workspace with the current editor text and the editor text is updated in the workspace when making further changes to the case.

Versioning of default design resources added (#666629)

To ensure that the latest stylesheets, images, and scripts are loaded for the Web Client by end users' browsers after updating ConSol CM, these resources are now versioned. This forces the browser to load the latest ones, so that it cannot happen anymore that outdated styles or images from the cache are used by the browser, leading to potential display problems in the Web Client if the user does not clear the cache explicitly.

Selector styling improved (#666756)

The styling of selectors for lists, autocomplete lists and hierarchical lists has been unified to provide a more consistent and visually appealing user experience. All kinds of selectors now use the same arrow icon and magnifying glass icon.
