Error reports
Error reports can be submitted by Web Client users when they see a red error message, for example because the execution of a workflow activity fails. The users can describe the steps which lead to the error and attach screenshots or other files to their error report.
These reports are shown on the Error reports page of the Web Admin Suite, so that the administrator can review them and take the appropriate actions.
