Changes to supported software

The following changes to supported operating systems, application servers, databases, browsers and Java versions have been made.

Support for Microsoft SQL Server changed (#667067, #667640)​

The support for Microsoft SQL Server as a database for ConSol CM has been changed:

  • The support for MS SQL versions 2012 and 2014 has been dropped.
  • The support for MS SQL version 2025 has been added.
  • The JDBC driver has been updated to version 13.2.1
warning

You need to update Microsoft SQL Server to one of the supported versions: 2016, 2017, 2019, 2022 or 2025.

Support for MongoDB changed (#667980)​

The support for MongoDB as a database for CM/Archive has been changed:

  • The support for MongoDB version 5 has been dropped.
  • The support for MongoDB version 8 has been added.
warning

You need to update MongoDB to one of the supported versions: 7 or 8.

Support for MySQL 9.7 added (#667505)​

The support for MySQL as a database for ConSol CM has been extended. Version 9.7 is now supported in addition to version 8.4.

Application server support extended (#669252)​

The support for JBoss and Wildfly as application server for ConSol CM has been extended to the latest updates:

  • JBoss EAP 8.1 U6.1
  • Wildfly 39.0.1
