Installing ConSol CM extensions

ConSol CM comes with a number of extensions, which can be installed to add additional functionality.

CM/ArchiveWeb applicationAllow internal users to view archived cases, needed for huge installations where older cases are archived to reduce the size of the production databaseInstall CM/Archive on the server
CM/DocDesktop applicationAllow end users to use document templates in the Web Client, needed if the users should create word documents which are attached to cases in the Web Client locally in advanced document integration scenarios.The end users need to download the application from their user profile and install it locally. CM/PhoneDesktop applicationAllow end users to use CTI in the Web Client, needed if incoming phone calls should directly open the page of the respective contact in the Web Client.Install CM/Phone on the server.
