Performance improvements

The following performance improvements have been made.

Contact search in NIMH scripts improved (#656729)

The performance of the search for a matching contact during the processing of incoming emails has been improved.

During the update to ConSol CM version 6.17.0, a database update script is executed automatically. This can take some time on large ConSol CM systems.

Loading of case content improved (#660398)

Lazy loading has been introduced for long case histories in the case history, so that cases in the Web Client are loaded more quickly.

Loading of the case list improved (#660523)

The case list of the Web Client is now loaded simultaneously with the case in the main panel, so that it is loaded more quickly.
