Support for named user licenses (#664531)

ConSol CM now supports a named user licensing model in addition to the existing concurrent user model. This enhancement allows customers to choose the licensing model which best suits their needs.

The license file has been adjusted by adding a new section [NAMED_USERS] which is present when the customer purchases a named user license.

If a named user license is used, the number of users which can be active on the Users page of the Web Admin Suite is limited to the number of purchased users. It is possible to have more users, but they will be deactivated and cannot be activated neither manually nor via ETL, scene import or script.

Special users

The monitoring user and the portal profile users do not need a named user license, so that they are not counted for determining the maximum number of active users.

Importing users

When importing users via ETL, scene import or script, users for which there is no license available will be deactivated.

Importing a new license

When importing a license, the system checks if the number of active users exceeds the available named users. If so, the import is blocked, and an error message is displayed.
