Case container field output

This plug-in can be used in transformations to import list and table fields for cases into ConSol CM.

The following settings are available:

  • Step name: Specify the name of the transformation step. The default name is the name of the plug-in.

  • Case: Specify how the case is identified. In the first drop-down field, choose whether the case should be found by name or by ID. Select the field which contains the case name or ID from the previous transformation step in the second drop-down field. These settings are required.

  • Queue: Select the queue of the case. The available case fields for this queue are displayed below. This setting is required.

  • Batch size: Specify how much data should be imported in one step. Incoming field This column includes the fields of the previous transformation step. These fields are mapped to the case fields in ConSol CM of the data type List or Columns (struct).

  • Case Field: The case fields of the data type List or Columns (struct) from the selected queue are provided for mapping to the incoming fields.

warning

The plug-in only creates new data. An update of existing data is not supported. The input file needs to contain one row for each case.
