Case-contact relation output

This plug-in can be used in transformations to import relations between cases and additional contacts into ConSol CM.

The following settings are available:

  • Step name: Specify the name of the transformation step. The default name is the name of the plug-in.

  • Case: Specify how the case is identified. In the first drop-down field, choose whether the case should be found by name or by ID. Select the field which contains the case name or ID from the previous transformation step in the second drop-down field. These settings are required.

  • Contact ID: Select the field which contains the ID of the contact retrieved in the previous transformation step.

  • Role: Specify how the role is identified. In the first drop-down field, choose whether the role should be found by name or by ID. Select the field which contains the role name or ID from the previous transformation step in the second drop-down field. This settings is optional. If the field is empty, the contact is imported with no role

  • Use default role when missing: Select this checkbox to use the default role when no role is included in the data or the role field is empty.

  • Set as main contact (case without contacts): Select this checkbox to set the contact as main contact for the case, if the case does not have a contact yet.

  • Default role: Select the default role which should be used if no role is included in the data or the role field is empty.

  • Batch size: Specify how much data should be imported in one step.
