Case output

This plug-in can be used in transformations to import cases into ConSol CM.

The following settings are available:

  • Step name: Specify the name of the transformation step. The default name is the name of the plug-in.
  • Queue: Select the queue into which the cases should be imported from the drop-down list.
  • Batch size: Specify how much data should be imported in one step.
  • Name of the case ID field: Enter the name of the new field which should contain the case ID. The ID can be used in the following transformation steps. This setting is optional.
  • Incoming field: This column includes the fields of the previous transformation step. These fields are mapped to the case fields of the ConSol CM cases in the selected queue.
  • Case field: The available case fields from the selected queue are provided for the mapping to the incoming fields. The following fields are available:
    • Default case fields: Syntax: Ticket:<field> The available fields are: Customer-Id, End-Activity, Engineer-Name (assignee), Name (case number), Queue-Name Subject, Text(comment)
    • Data fields: Syntax: <field group>:<field> The case field groups which are assigned to the queue are available.

The case name / number has to be unique. It is not possible to update existing cases using this plug-in.
