Add-ons and interfaces

ConSol CM offers a number of add-ons which provide additional functionalities. In addition, ConSol CM comes with a number of interfaces which allow integrating ConSol CM with third-party software applications.

This section describes the following add-ons:

  • Document templates (CM/Doc): CM/Doc is a ConSol CM add-on for using document templates. Document templates allow to create documents directly in the process, for example invoices, contracts or orders.
  • CM/EBIA: CM/EBIA is a ConSol CM add-on which allows to create reports directly in the Web Client. The created reports are shared with the users as dashboard widgets.
  • CM/Machine Learning: CM/Machine Learning is a ConSol CM add-on which enables you to use your existing data to automate processes. With machine learning, you can increase the productivity by detecting and automating routine requests.
  • CM/Forms: CM/Forms is a ConSol CM add-on which enables the creation of web forms. Web forms can be filled out by unregistered users.
  • CM/Phone: CM/Phone is a ConSol CM add-on which allows to integrate a telephone system using the TAPI 3 protocol. If CM/Phone is active, the users can initiate phone calls directly from the Web Client by clicking a phone number.
  • CM/Archive: CM/Archive is a ConSol CM add-on which allows to archive cases from ConSol CM. The cases are stored in an independent database and removed from the ConSol CM database and the DWH, if desired. This allows to reduce the database size and related costs, while still storing the cases for regulatory compliance and future reference.

This section describes the following interfaces:

  • Webhooks: Webhooks allow to easily integrate ConSol CM with external applications, which can send data to ConSol CM using HTTP GET requests or HTTP POST requests.

In addition to webhooks, ConSol CM also features a REST interface and an ETL interface.
