This type allows to configure the behavior of the case table on contact pages.

Attributes:

  • compactViewLimit: If the limit is exceeded, filters are displayed above the case table. The default limit is 10.

  • enabled: Defines if the engineer and queue filters are available in the case table on contact pages. Default value: false. The filters are only displayed if the number of cases in the table exceeds the number which is set for the attribute compactViewLimit. If the filters should only be displayed on person or company pages, set the attribute in the respective scope (contactEditPage or companyEditPage).

    You need to re-index the cases before using this feature. Otherwise, the filters are empty and a warning is written to the log files.
